At Jimani Collections, we go to great lengths to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, a refund or exchange needs to be made, all items for return or exchange must be postmarked to Jimani Collections within 14 US business days of purchase. 

In order to initiate a return or exchange, please contact the Jimani Collections team at hello@jimanicollections.com with your name, order number, and reason for return and we will be in touch within 24 hours with the return instructions. Please ensure all items are unworn and undamaged. Unless the purchase is received damaged or grossly misrepresented, all shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment, and all refunds and exchanges will be processed within 5 US business days from the receipt of the returned purchase.
